AQUARIUS:

Neptune has over the last 14 years been moving through your zodiac sign. PISCES:

This week Mercury is moving through the same degrees in Capricorn as Pluto is positioned. This marks an excellent time to set your long term plans into place. Neptune:

Neptune is coming to its final days moving through Aquarius. It has been here since 1998. In this time we have all needed to learn how to live more multi-cultural, creating a global community of one people. It has seen the creation of reality television, internet chat rooms, virtual cities, skype and social networks such as facebook. Through the use of technology, communication and the media we have become so much closer to strangers and those at great distance to us, yet on the other hand with text messaging we have become so much more distant from those that are nearby. It is easy to simply text where in times gone by we would have made the effort to visit the friend to pass on the message.

With Neptune moving into Pisces in February 2012 it is time for us to learn how to live as one spirit – where we dissolve the boundaries set by organized religions, becoming open hearted in the sharing of our inspiration, our divine experiences and our spiritual understanding. It is time for us to deepen our connection with nature, as through our relationship with nature that we all meet as one, a unity of energy.  Hopefully it won’t be through the need to clean up after natural disasters that we get to meet alongside of others! We need to find positive ways to connect without it being forced upon us. Nature has a deeply therapeutic benefit upon us all – having time in nature is essential to our spiritual development – make 2012 a year when you take this a step further in your life by being in nature more regularly – your soul with love the nourishment this brings.

With the North Node sitting alongside Mercury a positive attitude works best in dealing to all situations. Keep looking at the bigger picture, the spiritual relevance of each experience and the appropriate lesson. With that sort of attitude Mars will be happy with the progress, offering enthusiasm to the learning process. As the North Node is in Sagittarius it means the South Node is in Gemini – be aware of gossip, ineffective or irrelevant communication. Words can become swords with this combination of Mercury and Mars in the mix. So with this Grand Trine in operation this is an excellent time to launch a new product, to complete a significant goal or to make bold steps in making a breakthrough in your life. This is truly a remarkable time to be alive – life on many levels is transforming – humanity as a whole is changing – in its attitudes, its psychology, its actions, and methods of problem-solving. We have over the last 14 years needed to come together as one people, one global community. We are doing this now through internet chat rooms, social networks, virtual cities, reality television, mobile phones, skype etc. We can connect with each other instantly, we get identified with total strangers as if they are our friends, we feel linked or even liked by people who we may never meet. This is now coming to a close – we have learnt this lesson, established these ways into our lives, and are firmly entrenched in the habits of connecting with each other.  These methods and habits won’t depart from our world rather it shows we are now ready for the next stage. This is where we take the focus from being 1 people to 1 spirit. We connect not only with each other mentally through our friendships and social networks but spiritually through our hearts, where our relationship with nature becomes the common ground. This will open us up to great channels of psychic and spiritual experiences. Many blessings of healing will come with this new tide.

As mentioned in previous blog entries we are to have goals to keep us focused. Your own individual birth-chart will indicate exactly what those goals are to be and how you will be able to manifest, as well as in what manner or matter of time. On a more general note however we can break these goals into smaller targets.

Today being the Spring Equinox here in the Southern Hemisphere, or Autumn Equinox for the Northern Hemisphere, this marks a significant time for goal setting. We can use the zodiac structure to help us with our timing. 1 year is a full zodiac cycle of the Earth going around the Sun, giving a good length of scope to aim our goals upon.  Every 3 months we have the seasonal changes – Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Autumn Equinox & Winter Solstice, each lasting for 3 months. 90 days is a reasonable amount of time to work upon a smaller goal as the targets are now within reach. Breaking those seasons into months we get the lunar cycle – the Moon takes 29.5 days to go around the Earth. This gives us the pattern of growth and development as it moves through the phases with the increasing (waxing) and decreasing (waning) of the Moon in our sky. Lastly we come to the daily targets that are governed on the length of time that the Earth takes to do one full rotation – a day. From this we can organize our goals into the following:

1 season              3 months             short-term targets

Lunar cycle          1 month               ebb & flow of motivation put into a schedule

1 Day                    24 hours              daily tasks of immediate action

By taking the bigger picture and breaking it into smaller units we are able to manage our time and activities into a scheduled plan. With review points along the way we can assess our progress, making modifications to our next stage of development accordingly. Overall we are to arrive at the destination with all tasks completed. Time to toughen up – get the job done!
