New Moon 5th March @ 13’ Pisces.
At this time we need to do a reality check upon our life and our long term direction. Feeling disorientated is common yet amongst all the chaos we need to be clear in ourselves, strong in our self identity and committed to a path. As mentioned in an earlier blog entry we all need a buddy to help make this time of change a smooth transition. If you are feeling disorientated then it is appropriate that you reach out to someone that you trust, feel comfortable with, can rely upon and can easily communicate with. This is not a time to be isolated as it will slow down the rate of progress. The balance point of this is that we aren’t to lean on that person expecting them to carry us – we need to take responsibility for ourselves and to contribute as necessary.
With the New Moon this weekend it sets the theme for the following lunar month. With this New Moon being in Pisces make sure you take the time to listen to your feelings, having quality time in nature and allowing yourself to relax deeply. When we hold onto stress, anxiety and frustration we become burdened. This is inviting us to clear away the past, washing away emotion, releasing the attachment of old ways, becoming light, flexible and adaptable.
The North Node went into Sagittarius on March 4 2011 and will journey through here for the next 18 months, until Sept 2012. This encourages us to open our senses, hearts and minds to furthering our learning from life. When we say “we know it all” we block the flow of experiences, shutting the door to new discoveries. With an open attitude we allow life to teach us. The teachers of these lessons will be varied and random. Are you able to recognise your teachers as they are presented to you? Truth is a necessary part of healing – it is the disinfectant that stings but generates health. It is time for us to truthfully look at where we are standing in all aspects of our life – don’t fool yourself with distractions, trivial entertainment or clutter your life with too much of anything. Open space is required and a willingness to learn new ways.
