Replacement Policy, Shipping and Delivery Info
It is our policy to replace an item ordered from Astrovision on the grounds of the goods being damaged during delivery or being faulty. In this reference please notify us within 14 days of receiving the order, giving a brief explanation of the problem, followed by the item being returned to Astrovision. A replacement order will be sent to you immediately once the damaged item has been returned. Please contact us here at Astrovision, do not go through Paypal. Thank you.
We advise all customers to choose their order well as there is no refund available.
Products are normally processed and dispatched within 7 days. Orders for Astrology readings will be programmed into Harsha’s schedule. Please note Harsha’s booking schedule is at 4-5 months in advance.
