With your ruler Retrograde until the 19th November be gentle upon yourself, taking extra time to bring nourishment and care to you. Eating well, sleeping comfortably are essential for your daily happiness – in this time even more so. It’s time to get your home aired out and feeling fresh – not only on a physical level but also emotionally. Expressing yourself through your home by using colour, tone, texture and mood is deeply healing. Look to create spaces in your home that reflect where you are now in your life – not as memories of the past. Whilst photos and ornaments can have sentimental value you need to update your space so as to increase your motivation with new excitement and positivity.
In December one of your ruling planets, Mercury, will go Retrograde. Before this happens it is advisable that you deal to your documents, paperwork, correspondences and messages. This is varied and vast, taking your attention from the superficial to the vitally important. Try to be as thorough as possible. To start with write a list of the many tasks this involves. By simply externalising these thoughts you will immediately feel better as they have been consuming and cluttering your thinking. Bring your attention to your work schedule and your health programme. As you make improvements to one of these the other one will benefit. Uranus has been moving through your family & close friendship sector over the last 7 years. It is now coming to its final stages of this journey. This may be a close friend, a counsellor, a coach or a therapist. In whatever way you feel comfortable it is time to share your deeper thoughts and feelings. MOOD FOR THE MONTH:
Jupiter and Venus have both been Retrograde – Jupiter since 23rd July and Venus since 8th October. On the 19th November they both will move Direct. This is where the planet that had been appearing to move backwards (Retrograde) is now appearing to move forward (Direct). This takes the energy relative to that planet into an easier flow, having been held back, creating delays. With these two moving forward again we will generate more excitement in our lives, see progress with business developments, be more open in our relationships and have a greater feeling of love and ease of affection.
